Stable is a marketplace for buying and selling horses. This policy explains what we collect when you use the site, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
01Information we collect
Account details you provide when you register, such as your name and email address.
Listing details you publish as a seller: your horse descriptions, photos, videos, location, asking price, and any contact information you choose to add.
Messages and inquiries you send through Stable, including the content of those messages and the listing they relate to.
The horses you save, and basic technical information such as your browser type and theme preference.
02How we use your information
To publish and display horse listings to buyers.
To deliver messages and inquiries between buyers and sellers.
To keep your saved horses and seller dashboard working on your account.
To operate, protect, and improve the marketplace, including investigating misuse.
03What we share
Listing content and the seller name you provide are public on Stable. Anything you post in a listing can be seen by anyone visiting the site.
Messages are visible to you and the other party in the conversation.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers that host and operate Stable, with email delivery services used to send inquiry and account emails, and where the law requires it.
04Cookies and local storage
Stable uses your browser’s storage to keep you signed in and to remember your theme preference. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
05Retention and your choices
Your account information and listings stay on Stable until you change or remove them.
You can edit or delete a listing at any time from your seller dashboard, and you can delete your account from the profile section of My Stable. Deleting your account removes your profile and listings; messages you sent may remain for the other party in the conversation.
You can ask us to correct or remove other personal information by emailing us at the address below.
06Children
Stable is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
07Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Always use a strong, unique password for your account.
08Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the marketplace changes. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
